Success in Work and Life: A systemic approach for gaining insights and making changes in your life – Western psychology has long
known that a lot is happening in the dynamics of one’s personality and circumstances that is below the threshold of awareness. Although they may be unknown, these subconscious dynamics can still greatly influence the quality of one’s work or personal life. Unresolved and even unconscious issues in one's family system often show up in workplace or personal challenges. The Family and Organizational Constellation approach works with tacit knowledge (what you don’t know you know) to bring untapped wisdom to light in a way that leads to new insights and useful possibilities. By bringing to conscious awareness the unknown dynamics behind old patterns these patterns can be better understood, addressed and even changed.

Participants who attend this workshop are encouraged to bring a significant decision or challenge that they are currently facing. This could, for example, be a change they would like to make or a goal they would like to reach or a relationship they would like to improve. Although we may not have to time to work with all the issues, we find that everyone benefits when a person works through a challenge that others can relate to. The Constellation methodology (developed by Bert Hellinger) often provides a fresh, new perspective to a personal and/or professional concern. This new perspective releases creative energies that can lead towards a resolution; one that may have seemed obvious in hindsight but stayed hidden during the search for solutions.      

Location: The workshop location will be at the Bridge Between Worlds Retreat Center near Charlottesville, Viriginia. The setting is both beautiful and relaxing.

 Facilitator: Harrison Snow has been a teacher and facilitator of organziational and personal change and transformation for over 30 years. During that time he has conducted programs in more than 22 countries and authored 3 well received books on team building and management. Harrison uses the constellation methodology in his consulting and coaching practice. He has facilitated personal growth seminars and retreats for many years.
